Fruit drink from prunes
As an ingredient for our plum fruit drink "Prune" we use selected, sun-ripened plums of the best quality. Right after the harvest, the plums are gently dried using traditional methods without the use of sulfur. After careful processing, we obtain a full-bodied, fruity plum drink. One bottle of Prune (750 ml) contains the ingredients of around 1233 g of fresh plums in concentrated form.

How to enjoy our fruit drink "Prune"
Drink a glass (200 ml) of our Prune Drink in the morning before breakfast and another one in the evening if required. Shake the bottle well before opening. Once opened, keep the bottle sealed in the fridge and consume within 5 days. We recommend a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
What characterises the plum
The stone fruit enriches our diet not only in classic dishes such as plum cake or plum jam.
The gentle drying of the plums in the production process concentrates the ingredients. We avoid the use of sulphur during the drying process. In addition, the fruity sweetness in the Prune Drink makes it highly enjoyable even without added sugar. This means that dried plum juice can be used as an alternative to sauerkraut juice and is well accepted by children and the elderly.
