Orange Sea-Buckthorn Nectar
Our nectar is characterised by the combination of juicy, sun-ripened oranges with vitamin-rich, fruity sea-buckthorn berries. Both ingredients result in an incomparable nectar with a high fruit content. The nectar also contains natural vitamin C. Vitamin C is involved in many metabolic processes in the organism. For example, it contributes to a normal function of the immune system as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Do yourself some good with the abundant natural vitamin C.

What distinguishes our Orange Sea-Buckthorn nectar
Our delicious orange-seabuckthorn nectar contains at least 70 % fruit content. Since sea-buckthorn berries taste very sour by nature, our nectar also contains sweet, juicy oranges. This creates a balanced, unique taste. We only use carefully selected fruits that are pressed in our own press house and filled into environmentally friendly glass bottles.
Frequently asked questions
What is sea-buckthorn?
Sea buckthorn, also called the "lemon of the North", consists of bright orange berries that grow on spiny bushes. As sea-buckthorn prefers a harsh climate and calcareous sandy soil, in Germany it can be found in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg or the Black Forest, for example.
Does sea-buckthorn contain a lot of vitamin C?
Sea-buckthorn berries have a very high vitamin C content. Among other things, vitamin C contributes to a normal function of the immune system as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
What is the difference between sea-buckthorn nectar and sea-buckthorn oil?
First of all, sea-buckthorn oil can be divided into two different types. On the one hand, there is seed oil, which is extracted from sea-buckthorn seeds, and on the other hand, there is sea-buckthorn oil made from fruit pulp. Both oils should only be used cold in the kitchen and are therefore used to refine salads, curd cheese or vegetables.
In contrast to sea-buckthorn oil, sea-buckthorn juice or nectar is suitable for drinking. While the oil cannot be heated well, nectar is also ideally suited to be consumed in the form of a hot drink.
