This is what distinguishes the blackcurrant
The blackcurrant is a fruit variety native to Germany and grows on an evergreen currant bush. The berries have a very high content of vitamin C, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system in the body, for example, as well as to reducing tiredness and fatigue. In addition, vitamin C helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
Frequently asked questions
How much sugar is in Blackcurrant juice?
Rabenhorst Blackcurrant juice contains 7.2 g of fructose per 100 ml.
What is the difference between Blackcurrant juice and Blackcurrant Nectar?
The Blackcurrant juice from Rabenhorst consists of 100 % pure juice, while the blackcurrant nectar has a fruit content of at least 35 % and is enriched with water and organic raw cane sugar. Since the nectar therefore contains a lower fruit content than the pure juice, a larger daily portion must be consumed to cover the reference amount of vitamin C*. However, the Blackcurrant Nectar is less acidic in taste than the Blackcurrant pure juice.
