Pasteurisation is carried out using a very gentle flash pasteurisation process with active re-cooling to preserve the ingredients. The shelf-life of the juice is also supported by the exclusion of atmospheric oxygen during the filling process in the brown light-protected bottles.

11 g of sugar are contained per 100 ml in our Rabenhorst Apple-Mango juice. This is natural sugar from the processed fruit, as at Rabenhorst we do not add any other sugar to this pure juice, but bring out the full flavour of the ingredients.
