Haskap berry juice
Haskap berry juice in organic quality
Our Haskap juice from first pressing consists of hand-picked haskap berries. These special power-berries are known for their manganese content * and originate from the eastern part of Russia and have made it to Europe as a superfood. We process the berry, also known as May berry, honeysuckle or honey berry, into a pure juice from first pressing in our in-house press-house.
*Manganese helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

What distinguishes the haskap berry
The Haskap berry originally comes from Siberia, but is now also cultivated in other regions. Nevertheless, it is not yet as well known in Germany as it should be. The fruit, also known as honeysuckle, is convincing not only because of the anthocyanins it contains, but also because of its natural manganese content. Manganese can help to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Accordingly, the Haskap berry is a real superfood that can be consumed not only in fruit form, but also as juice or jam.
