How to enjoy our Ginger Mini

Due to the natural spice from using freshly harvested ginger tubers, the Ginger Mini is not suitable for pure consumption. Instead, you should use the juice for refining, mixing and cooking with ginger.

You should lightly shake the natural sediment before use. Once opened, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 10 days. The dosage of the Ginger Mini depends on personal taste. For this reason, you should not use too large an amount the first time you use it. We also recommend a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Cooking with ginger made easy

The spicy tasting ginger is used in many dishes as a fresh, hot flavouring. The root originates from India and the Asian region. When cooking with ginger, the tuber is mostly used fresh, but can also be used ground as ginger powder.

The Ginger Mini brings full aroma and the fruity spiciness goes perfectly with many Asian dishes, chutneys as well as kitchen classics like a carrot-ginger soup. The handy 125 ml bottle is perfect for seasoning main dishes or preparing ginger teas.

Extra tip: The juice is also suitable for portioned freezing, e.g. in an ice cube mould.
