In-house pressing facilities, no additives

Rabenhorst attaches a great deal of importance to the way in which it processes the harvested produce. When it comes to transporting our many handpicked fruits to our production site, the fastest means is chosen. Once the fruit arrives it is checked and inspected according to our very strict standards. All the different berries and fruit are then pressed in our in-house pressing facilities, which have been designed to retain as much of the fruit's goodness as possible.

Our aim is to make sure that the taste of our products is authentic and that secondary plant compounds are retained. This means that only absolutely essential processing stages are used. It goes without saying that no preservatives or other additives are used.
