As pure and unspoilt as possible

Care and attention in the production of fine juices

All fresh produce arriving at Haus Rabenhorst is subjected to strict quality controls before being accepted into the juice production process. The handpicked fruit is inspected for typical characteristics such as ripeness, colour, taste and flavour. Fructose levels, acidity levels and vitamin content are all measured in detail.

Once the fruit has passed through the quality control stage it is processed in a very careful way. Rabenhorst only produces pure and non-diluted juices, the natural structure of the pure juice is preserved along with most of the vitamins and vital substances.

A great deal of care and attention goes into preserving Rabenhorst's pure juices. Indeed, we draw on a special pasteurisation process that inhibits the juice from fermenting. This is done by carefully heating the juice using the minimum temperature necessary to achieve the task (80-90°C). Our special filling technology has been designed to keep the amount of oxygen transfer and heat acting on the juice to an absolute minimum. Alltogether, these measures serve in preserving most of the juice’s colour, taste, valuable mineral nutrients and trace elements.

Premium pure juices also deserve high-quality packaging. We use a number of different packaging types designed to preserve and protect Rabenhorst’s juice goodness. The leading product range is bottled into our characteristic glass bottles as well as convenient lightweight beverage cartons.
